If you become, Terminally Ill, the available death benefit is accelerated, and the benefit would be approximately $430,338.

Terminal Illness is defined as having a condition that will result in your death within 24 months. 

If you become Chronically Ill, the available death benefit is accelerated as monthly income. The monthly income benefits are projected to be as follows:
Age 28: $1,863
Age 30: $1,993
Age 32: $2,145
Age 36: $2,502

Chronic Illness means the insured is unable to perform 2 out of 6 activities of daily living. The activities defined as a part of daily living are bathing, continence, dressing, eating, toileting, and transferring.

If you become Critically Ill or incur a Critical injury your benefits would be based on severity of the condition.
1- Minor Category: $6,564
2- Moderate Category: $92,527
3- Severe Category: $234,169
4- Life Threatening: $407,713


Qualifying events include: aorta graft surgery, aplastic anemia, blindness (corrected vision no greater than 20/200 in both eyes), cancer, cystic fibrosis, diagnosis of ALS, end stage renal failure, heart attack, heart valve replacement, major organ transplant, motor neuron disease, stroke and sudden cardiac arrest.
